Welcome to Bradley Stoke Meetings, part of the Severnside Meetings and Conferencing family, based across South Gloucestershire and the north of Bristol.
The centre was opened in 1999 and is at the heart of a thriving community and close to major business and travel links - just 1/2 a mile from the M4/M5 interchange. Bristol Parkway Rail link is within 2 miles too. Due to this great location we host many meetings each day. Our modern facilities offer competitive pricing and flexible service to meet your needs. We are open from 7.30am until 10pm, so are sure to have a time to suit you.
Comfortable seating and tables can be arranged for small groups and workshop activities, or larger meetings with theatre or classroom style seating. All our rooms have natural light and a wide range of food and drink can be served to suit your requirements. There is free on-site car parking with excellent disabled access to all areas.
Our Rooms
The Bronte Suite consists of two meeting rooms that can be combined into one larger room for 100 people.
- Charlotte Room - Up to 50 people - Theatre style.
- Emily Room - Up to 50 people - Theatre style.
Our third meeting space, The Jane Austen Room, can also hold up to 50 people.
Equipment
All equipment provided is included in the room rate - we don't have hidden charges! Available equipment includes: Overhead projectors, screens, flip charts, TV and video. A variety of layouts can be set up to suit your needs, such as U-shaped, Theatre, Board Room, Classroom and Cabaret.
