Welcome to Yate Meetings, part of the Severnside Meetings and Conferencing family, based across South Gloucestershire and the north of Bristol.
The centre has been open for more than 30 years and is situated in the very centre of Yate shopping centre, approximately 10 minutes from the M4, and 8 miles from the M4/M5 interchange. Yate Rail link is within 1/2 a mile. Our recently refurbished facilities offer competitive pricing and a flexible service to meet your needs. We are open from 7.30am until 10pm, so are sure to have a time to suit you.
Our two main rooms are dedicated meeting spaces, with flexible seating and table arrangements, and plenty of natural light. Our on-site catering team can provide any food and drink service you may require at competitive prices. There is free on-site car parking with excellent disabled access to all areas.
Our Rooms
The Courtside Suite is situated on the ground floor and and caters for up to 40 people.
The Rowling Suite is based on our first floor with both lift and stair access. The room caters for up to 40 people and can benefit from an adjacent bar if requested.
The Ballroom can seat up to 120 people. The Ballroom and Bar can also be hired as one suite which is ideal for parties, events, receptions and presentations. This area can then cater for up to 200 people.

Equipment
All equipment provided is included in the room rate - we don't have hidden charges! Available equipment includes: Overhead projectors, screens, flip charts, TV and video. A variety of layouts can be set up to suit your needs, such as U-shaped, Theatre, Board Room, Classroom and Cabaret.
